A Reiki program designed to take you on a journey to reconnect with your Root Chakra and lay the groundwork to develop a strong energetic foundation helping you feel more grounded, connected, centered, and balanced within your-self, body, mind, emotions, heart, soul and energy.

 

With each session, you will receive a Reiki healing plus extra tools and support helping you to discover and uproot your unwanted patterns and fears so that you can break free and move forward as a more grounded version of you.
