Red Tent Niagara Women's Circle

You are invited to the next Red Tent Niagara women's circle on July 298th!

Our circle will be located at the beautiful Red Roof Retreat in NOTL.

We will host our circle around the back firepit, benches and chairs will be available. If it rains we are able to set up under their outdoor tent.

This July's new moon we will gather together in a supportive, inclusive, and safe space to release and connect in a circle of women.

We will start with an open round where you can share about yourself, or whatever you'd like to express in a safe space.

Then we will have a sharing and receiving round where we invite you to bring anything you'd like to share with the women.

Some examples could be: a good story, energy cards, colouring books, a breathing exercise, an ear to listen to, a massage technique, your favourite poem, or some art supplies.

If you can, please also bring a sharable snack for nourishing time.

We also invite you to express what you'd like to receive from the circle as well. Some examples could be: a hug, someone to hold space for you, a massage technique, or encouragement.

There's no pressure to share or receive, whatever you are comfortablee with- we will honour you. 

Please bring whatever you need to make yourself comfortable - water bottle, cushions, etc.

This is a FREE EVENT!

Donations are welcomed but not required, suggested $10.
