Yes! Please set it to silent before your session begins.
Do you have Gift Certificates available for purchase?
Yes! Physical Gift Certificates are available in-studio and are redeemable for either one regular Reiki or one AromaTouch service. Contact me to make arrangements!

Please let me know if you have any allergies prior to your appointment. There is also 1 cat living in the home where the studio space is located.
Reiki FAQ's
What do people typically feel in a Reiki session?
Each person is different, but some common physical responses are tingling, warmth, feelings of heaviness or lightness, and twitching. Sometimes it can be an emotional release through tears, and it is common for some to fall asleep as you can reach a deep state of relaxation.
What clothing should I wear?
Anything comfortable! You will be laying on a massage table, face up and under a light blanket.
Can I wear jewelry?
You will be asked to remove any watches or large jewelry.
What’s the worst that could happen?
You just lay there for an hour resting, not so bad eh?
What’s the best that could happen?
You become the next higher vibrational version of yourself to step forward into a more fulfilling life!

Do you have to believe in Reiki for it to work?
All you have to do is be open to the experience!
Is Reiki religious?
Not at all. It is a spiritual practice to help others become their best selves.

What brand of essential oils are used?
I only use doTERRA’s Certified Pure Therapeutic Grade essential oils. The AromaTouch Technique comes from doTerra’s leading experts in the field.

Are essential oils safe?
This is why I only use doTERRA essential oils, because they grow their botanicals all over the world where they naturally thrive, AND conduct very thorough testing three times over during the production and bottling processes, all to ensure the most purest, potent, genuine and authentic grade essential oils on the planet, every time. So, YES!
What clothing should I wear?
Comfy clothes are always a great option. Your back and feet will need to be exposed during the session, so wear comfy bottoms for under a light blanket and sheet.
Can I wear jewelry?
You will be asked to remove any necklaces and earrings for the session.

What do I do with my hair?
A high ponytail is ideal, but whatever you can do to expose the base of your neck is great.
