My Story
As soon as I discovered energy healing in 2014, I immediately felt in my heart and soul that I was meant to practice it.
All the signs in my life finally made sense as I connected the dots with who I am, and what’s important to me.

I couldn’t wait to start, so I completed my level 1 and level 2 training and opened Red Petal Co., my in-home Reiki studio in 2015.
​
Then in 2017 everything in my life changed - because I decided that I would no longer live unhappily ever after. . .
My Rock Bottom
I was 33 when I believe I hit my "rock bottom". I was in a long-term relationship where I had completely lost myself, and depression and emotional eating had taken over my life.
I felt like I couldn't see the light at the end of the tunnel. Have you ever felt like that?

Eventually, I reached my breaking point and found the courage to make some BIG changes, to flip my whole life upside down.
​
I needed to reconnect with ME - Who was I? What's important to me? What kind of life do I want to live?
Surrender
For the first time in my life I was living on my own - something I've always wanted to do. Having this space allowed me to be able to strip everything off of my plate and solely focus on my own healing and self-discovery journey.
​
Since then I have been navigating my way through the ups and downs of life and learning how to love myself unconditionally just as I am right now.
​
I've practiced reconnecting with my body, working through fears, and strengthening my inner balance and peace.
Changes
Then the world quickly changed.
And I changed and was able to bloom even more.
And fast, quitting my 9-5 job and diving fully into my passions opening my Reiki studio full-time and getting my Reiki Master level.
​
It's been 2 years now and I am so grateful- for this life and for the opportunity to make a positive difference in others' lives.
